Electroless Nickel process

Electroless nickel process is a chemical reaction with the surface of the parts. The reaction takes place on all the surface of the parts, which allows the uniformity of the deposit even in holes, threads or complex forms.

Here is the description of pieces that have received this process at our factory

Pieces of industrial machinery which have received the Electroless Nickel treatment of .001" for a protection against wear (65Rc) and corrosion (250 hours salt spray bath).

Rebuilding

Rebuilding of an industrial stainless stell sieve.  44" diam. x 48" long. We have applied a deposit of  .005" to reduce the diameter of holes of .010".
